Case Study
A couple in their early 60s had uncertainty about where they wanted to retire, what they wanted to do with the rest of their lives, and their overall financial preparedness. MAI worked with them to develop a longevity assessment and base financial projection, estimated future cash flow, noted gaps in their current situation, and explore opportunities to relocate overseas which was a lifelong dream. End result was development of a comprehensive financial projection which the client owned and maintained on an ongoing basis which included a part-time plan to live overseas and also maintain a residence near their children, and a re-alignment of their portfolio to include more active personal participation in their investments.
