By building strong relationships with COOs, CAOs, CIOs, CTOs, frontline businesses, and in-house market data teams, Don provides a powerful focus on true business needs while balancing complex financial and technology requirements.

Through this relationship-building process, it became apparent that success was not dependent on just providing financial, technology, or administrative subject matter expertise but rather involved addressing the deep-rooted market data organizational challenges within firms. As a natural progression, Don launched Madura Associates, Inc. to provide boutique consulting services based on deep market data subject matter expertise, expansive leadership, and now high performers and executive coaching. He has built true success by forging trusted relationships with major financial institutions, bolstering teams and executives while addressing and advising on challenges. In 2016, Don expanded his practice to include transition coaching for executives, higher performers and innovators in the market data and FINTECH sectors. He is a certified coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and  minority owner and board member of Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), the leading coach training firm. He is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and an active member of International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Prior to launching MAI, Don worked in a variety of upper level management functions in Citigroup, the New York Stock Exchange, Standard & Poors/Telekurs, and Reuters. Don is a regular speaker at industry events (recently chaired panel in FINTECH at World Financial Conference) and a collaborator in industry leading initiatives. Don is an avid traveler, cyclist, hiker and boater.
